Velocity Spine and Sports Physical Therapy, committed to providing our patients with the
finest quality one-on-one care needed to achieve each individual’s goals and to restore each patient to maximum function.
The therapists at Velocity have advanced general orthopedic, manual therapy, and sports
medicine training. We emphasize one-on-one treatment, and typically the same therapist
will see the patient for the duration of their treatment program. Our goal will be not
only to return you to your prior level of function but to educate you about your injury,
your recovery process, and how you can prevent further problems.
We treat patients of all age groups in our facilities. Our interventions are
patient-specific whether you are an elite athlete, an injured employee needing
to return to work, or a homemaker who would like to function better during the
day. Don’t let the duration of your symptoms discourage you from seeing our
therapists. We frequently work with many clients who have had pain for years.
Our therapists work to incorporate the most recent research with skills
developed over time. With an average of 15 years of training and 60 years
of combined experience, someone in our practice will be able to address
even the most unique and complicated problems.
The therapists at Velocity Spine and Sports PT have extensive experience
in spine conditions as well as orthopedic injuries of the leg, knee, ankle,
shoulder, and arm. We offer a full variety of pre-, post- and on-surgical
rehabilitation including:
-
Aquatic Therapy
- Work Reconditioning
- Manual Therapy
- Progressive Exercise
- Core Stabilization
- Electrical Stimulation
- Ultrasound/Phonophoresis
- Anodyne Therapy (an improvement over soft tissue laser)
At Velocity Spine and Sports PT our philosophy of emphasizing patient
education combined with superior clinical skills and years of
experience is a winning combination for our patients.
